Planet of The Apes

What happened to Marky Mark. He no longer raps but makes ape movies. This movie I give 3 stars to. At first I was thinking 1 but the music and the characters gave the movie a good feel. The character development was a bit on the raw side but, hey that happens. Marky Mark is up in space working on some tests in a space station with some monkeys. One monkey gets lost in some electromagnetic field in some space pod. So, Mark goes after the monkey in another pod. He winds up going thousands of years into the future, by going through the electromagnetic field, to another planet where his ship had apparently tried to follow him. His home base ship had gone through the electromagnetic field to a different time and landed on the planet thousands of years before Mark. Mark's crew had some test monkeys who ended up evolving on the ape planet that Mark has landed on. The monkeys rule, can talk now and rule the planet. Humans are the slaves of the monkeys. Mark tries to Make a difference and he does. He befriends some female monkey who has a soft spot for humans. Anyway he winds up finding his ship and the skull of one of his original crewmates. The original monkey who Mark was chasing after finally arrives on the planet in some pod. All the monkeys go crazy and bow before one of their ancestors, a fight breaks out and Mark winds up eventually hopping in the pod and travels back to his time. He says his goodbyes to planet of the apes part one. He winds up back in D.C. on Planet of the apes part 2. If you've seen the Wizard of OZ and remember the monkey scenes. The whole movie is one big expansion of the monkey scenes from OZ. Yes. Dorthoy and Toto are in the second film it's called Apes and Toto. It's better than Gorillas in the mist. Yeah the Monkeys can talk, and in the second one they speak Arabic.
