Yes this was a good movie. I give this one 3.3 stars. Nicole Kidman did an excellent job. This movie was about a mother Nicole Kidman and her two children who happen to live in a haunted house. Well the father has gone off to war and the wife and the children are hanging out. The father hasn't been seen for over a year and a half. Anyway some people show up at the door and they are servants looking for a job. Nicole hires them. They start working for Nicole and then the strange stuff starts happening. The children start hearing sounds and then start seeing ghosts. Well Nicole thinks her kids are lying or nuts and ignores them. Then she hears the sounds but never actually sees anybody. Finally she tells the servants to leave and then she finds out that her servants are actually dead. There were a bunch of loose ends but all and all the acting was good the story was good and the character growth was good. The movie continues and Nicole runs into a room where her children are watching a group of ghosts on a table talking about everything that's going on in the house. It's a strange scene until you realize that Nicole and her children are the ghosts and the ghosts are not ghosts but living people. It has a twist which makes the movie good. Besides Nicole is hot--go see this movie. Yeah. I liked it.
